The app I chose was Google Slides. Anyone can make a Google account and use it. It is free and easy to work with. Slides can be used for presentation, teachers can make learning more engaging, or companies can use them to promote new ideas. Having easy access to data charts can also be very helpful.
Google Slides always helps students, or anyone, take their presentations to the next level. It has many features that allow you to make it more customizable. Easy to insert text, charts, images, links, or videos. You can easily change the themes and backgrounds. Google Slides makes sharing your ideas easy to understand and read. It also has presentation notes that you can read while presenting to make projects go smoothly.
Using this for my business major will be very helpful when it comes time to make marketing plans, financial reports, or business proposals. Even as a student, it can be helpful with studying and making resumes. I think Google Slides is great for all jobs and students to use.
I liked the way you presented the Google Slides app and pointed out its useful features. I have been using Google Slides through my educational career, and it has helped to transform many of my presentations.
ReplyDeleteAddison, your approach using a step by step clarified Google Slides. I remember when google launch their apps that were first available on chrome books. That made it easier for students to have an affordable option compared to PC and Mac. How do you think this option has helped shape how we create content to present?
ReplyDeleteI like how you highlighted the accessibility and customization features of Google Slides, especially how it helps users create clear and engaging presentations. You also made a strong connection to your business major, showing how it can be useful for marketing plans, reports, and proposals in both school and future careers.
ReplyDeleteHi Addison, I very much enjoyed your presentation/smackdown. It was well organized with so much information. I enjoyed learning about more features that can be helpful when using google slides. It is useful for both school and work wise.
