The focus is on transferring knowledge, but it doesn't always support real-world student growth. The "Connected Learning Communities" balance technology and broader networks to expand learning. The main idea is that these communities provide support and allow others to have different ideas and opinions, building connections to the group. The group is about leadership, support, and connections to colleagues.      This concept can be translated to my business major. Businesses can apply it by utilizing digital platforms for employee development and encouraging employees to rely on each other for support.
